Gwen Carroll, an honors graduate of DePaul University College of Law, where she served as
Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Law Review, brings her prior experience as a partner in two of Chicago's most prominent law firms to deliver high-impact results to her clients.
Selected by her peers as an Illinois Leading Attorney in the field of labor and employment law, Gwen employs the art of persuasion, the tools of communication, the lessons of experience, and the wonderful possibilities afforded by a free marketplace to deliver her clients efficient and rewarding results.
Gwen is a contributing author to the Bureau of
National Affairs’ Sexual Harassment in Employment Law and has been a
frequent moderator and speaker for the Council on Education in Management’s
Personnel Law Updates. Gwen was the featured employment law consultant on WGN-TV’s
series entitled "Smoke-Free in the ‘90s," and she was seen most
recently on NBC Dateline, commenting on the pending bill in Congress to
bar breast-feeding discrimination in the workplace.
Gwen is an active member of the American Bar
Association’s Sections of Labor and Employment Law, Litigation and
Dispute Resolution, the Women’s Bar
Association of Illinois and the Chicago Bar Association. Her past appointments
include Lecturer of Labor Law at Loyola University School of Law, and
Chairperson of the Chicago Bar Association’s Client Development and Firm
Economics Committee, Young Lawyers Division.
